Carrie Underwood spotted at 2010 Country Music Awards red carpet. According to celebrity-gossip.net, past “American Idol” winner and Country music star Carrie Underwood was spotted earlier today,doing her red carpet walk at the 2010,45th Annual Academy Of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada. They say Carrie is nominated to win some awards tonight,and is one of the top nominees with six nominations.
She posed for paparazzi photos before going into the ceremony,which is taking place at the MGM Grand. It’s being hosted by Country music icon Reba McEntire for the 12th time. Along with Carrie’s six nominations tonight, the Zac Brown Band and Miranda Lambert tie her with six nominations as well. Taylor Swift follows right behind with five nominations.
I’m surprised Taylor didn’t lead everyone because she’s been winning everything here lately. Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood are going head to head for the “Entertainer of the Year,” along with Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, Brad Paisley, George Strait, Keith Urban, and the Zac Brown Band.
