The US Hot Hollywood party drew a who's who of starlet dressed to the nines last night--cast your vote for your favorite, after the jump!
Jennifer Lopez has been on a serious hot streak with her wardrobe lately--did you see all of her chic morning show ensembles?--but this Georges Chakra couture dress is a bit of a miss for me. Her cleavage looks a little tortured in the Swarovski cage bodice, and I can't tell whether she wants to look naughty or nice.
Speaking of cleavage...hellllllo, Ciara! Her super-mini Versace dress violates my cardinal rule of showing skin--only one body part at a time, please!--but she seems so darn confident in it that she's almost pulling it off.

Alyson Hannigan was wearing a look that perfectly coincided with my formula for looking good in photos--a figure-flattering, brightly colored solid dress and a pair of nude pumps. She told US Weekly she had no idea which designer she was wearing--"I have a baby, so that's my excuse!".
Don't hate me here, ladies, but I may have to give my Best Dressed vote to Paris Hilton! Her form-fitting black and white graphic minidress is sleek and sexy, and she didn't over-accessorize, like she sometimes does.
And finally we have Molly Sims, looking as model-like as ever in a burgundy-to-tomato ombre dress by Zac Posen. I'd have gone with a metallic shoe here, but the dress is so chic that I barely mind the black ones she chose instead.
