Halle Berry's ex, Gabriel Aubry confirmed that they have indeed split.
The very sexy Aubry told Access Hollywood that they are no longer together but spoke praises to the beautiful Halle Berry.
"I am sad to say that Halle and I have decided together to separate at this time," Aubry's statement reads. "She is, and will forever be one of the most special and beautiful people that I have ever known, and I am certain that we will continue to have only love and respect for one another."
The two met back in 2006 at a Versace photo shoot and had been together ever since. They even had a beautiful baby girl that was born in March 2008.
"We have been blessed with the most amazing daughter in the world," Aubry continues. "Her happiness and well-being are the most important thing for both of us. Please respect our privacy during this very difficult time."
The two are currently in the process of working out a custody arrangement for their little girl.
Meanwhlie, Halle doesn't seem to be too upset with the break up because she's been spotted all over NYC looking radiant and sporting a big smile.
She also co-hosted the 13th Annual EIF/Revlon Run/Walk for Women in Times Square with fellow Revlon Brand Ambassadors Jessica Biel and Jessica Alba.
